As the dust settles and napkins are thrown down…who will, in my humble opinion, win the Downtown San Jose Dishcrawl Foie Gras battle?
So far I’ve hit up the Preview Foie Gras Battle at the San Pedro Square Market with delectable foie dishes from Little Chef Counter. And the Kick-Off Foie Gras Battle Dinner at MezCal where they served Foie Gras with a Oaxacan twist!
